VENUE AND COSTS CONVENTION 2012

Venue and costs:
We can finally let everybody know that the venue for next years convention, will be
HOLY FAMILY RETREAT HOUSE,
Nivel Hills,
Lahug Cebu

Registration will start on Friday February 3 - 2012 from 2 PM.

There will be only two kinds of prices for you to consider:
A - Includes Convention registration, dinner Friday, Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Party Saturday and breakfast and lunch Sunday + snacks, free floating coffee and water
also including BED SPACE/ACCOMMODATION.
Price : 2.000 per person
(Ask for discount if you want bedspace in a dormitory room with up to 30 people!)


B - Includes Convention registration and all meals as above, free floating coffee and water
BUT NO BED SPACE/ACCOMMODATION.
Price : 1.400 pesos per person


There will be further announcement here as to program details as soon as they are available. Also of other suggestions for accommodation for those of you who rather stay in Cebu city or somewhere else. 
We are waiting for Marco Polo Plaza to confirm a discounted deal for us.

The 30th Philippine AA National Convention

We are honored to have been selected to host the next AA convention in the Philippines, and it will take place February 3. - 5. 2012.
We have elected a chairperson, Nick L. and a co-chair person Bill E. to oversee
the planning and implementation of the convention.
A steering committee was elected consisting of these 5 members:
